Sun 24 Jun John Clare Concert on 24 June

You are invited to join in this varied day out in the south Herefordshire countryside. The Arts and Crafts qualities of the church are a cue to remember the life and work of the poet. Born into a peasant family he spent his early life working in farming publishing volumes of poems. Sadly his later life was spent in asylums but which saw him producing some of his best poetry.
