Carriages was founded by Tony Killeen, owner of our parent company allpay. Originally created to bring exceptional food to staff on-site, the restaurant quickly grew into something much more. Its unique location reflects this evolution, while Tony’s lifelong love of trains inspired both the concept and the name celebrating journeys, heritage, and the pleasure of great food shared.
