Cwm Mill Holiday Cottages

River Cottage and The Old Bake House each enjoy their own secluded spot by the River Monnow within the grounds of a converted mill, providing the perfect base for exploring the Black Mountains, Golden Valley and Welsh Marches. River Cottage is a high quality barn conversion for up to 6 guests in a double ensuite bedroom and a twin bedroom (which can also accommodate a travel cot) plus a double sofabed in the open plan living area. Features such as a wood-burning stove, exposed stone wall, and vaulted ceiling in the living area are thoughtfully blended with interior fittings and furnishings to provide contemporary comfort and style. The Old Bake House lies a stone's throw from River Cottage and has one king-size bedroom with room for a travel cot if you are bringing a little one with you. The cottage is spacious yet cosy with oodles of olde worlde charm and character, providing a peaceful retreat for two. Each cottage has its own large, private garden with patio, BBQ and picnic bench. The kitchens are fully equipped including double oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/drier.  There is excellent Wifi in both properties. River Cottage and The Old Bake House can be booked together for groups of 6-8 plus 2 infants.  We are happy to provide high chairs and travel cots free of charge.
