1276 Wines is steeped in history, with a remarkable 750 years of wine making heritage. First documented in the Bishop of Hereford’s Red Book circa 1276 as the “Ledbury Vineyard," this historic site has been reborn on the scenic Wall Hills of Ledbury, where vines have been carefully replanted to honour its past.

Our Tours offer the opportunity to explore this unique blend of past and present through two tour options. The first is a Hosted Tour and Tasting, a two-hour guided experience beginning with a welcome drink. Guests are taken through the vineyard to learn about the grape varieties and how the unique soil influences the wines. The tour continues into the winery, offering insight into the winemaking process, and concludes in the tasting room with a curated sampling of the vineyard’s signature 1276 wines. Each wine is thoughtfully paired with locally sourced cheeses and fine chocolates, providing a truly sensory experience.

For those who prefer a more flexible pace, the Self-Guided Tour allows visitors to follow a designated route through the vineyard using detailed informational materials. This tour provides a relaxed way to appreciate the landscape and viticulture before returning to sample three distinctive wines from the 1276 collection.

Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or a curious newcomer, come and be part of our journey. All Tour availability and booking can be found online at www.1276wines.co.uk
