Ledbury Library

Ledbury Library offers a welcoming and modern service. Uniquely located in the historic 15th Century Master’s House building, part of the wider St Katherine’s complex it is just a short walk from the town centre providing an accessible and fascinating setting for our library services.

Ledbury Library offers a wide range of services for all ages, including books, audiobooks and digital resources. Visitors can use free Wi Fi, public computers and study spaces, as well as remote printing and photocopying facilities, with professional staff on hand to provide support. Joining the library is free, there are no late fines, and items can be reserved at no cost from across all Herefordshire Libraries, making it easy to access the countywide collection under one roof.

A range of local and family history resources are available, alongside eBooks, eAudiobooks and ePress as well as online resources to support reading, learning and research. Regular events and activities offer opportunities for people to take part, try something new and enjoy the benefits of reading, helping to ensure the library continues to play an important role for residents and visitors alike.

On the first Wednesday of the month from March to October there is a full guided tour of both floors of the building. It is also possible to arrange private tours for groups. Please make contact with the Friends of the Master’s House via their website.
