View location

Set high on the western slopes of the Malvern Hills, with magnificent views across Herefordshire, The Lodge is in the grounds of Perrycroft, and was designed by Arts and Crafts architect CFA Voysey in 1895.  Complete with original historic architectural details, including leaded light windows and quarry tiled floors, cottage fireplaces and original ironmongery, The Lodge has been refurbished with all modern comforts for a relaxing holiday.  The characterful cottage has a large rustic dining kitchen, a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove, and a second sitting room with an open fireplace, as well as three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Much of the furniture is antique, chosen to enhance the atmosphere of this special place. The enclosed garden has a lawn, a terrace with dining table and extensive views, and there is private parking for two cars.  The Malvern Hills are on the doorstep, with the lovely market town Ledbury and the historic spa town of Malvern a short drive away.  Further afield but within easy reach are the Cotswold to the east, and to the west beautiful Herefordshire and the Welsh borders.
