Longwood Cottage

Located in the most beautiful countryside on a 30 acre smallholding.  Longwood Cottage was originally converted from an unused farm building, It is comfortably furnished with a variety of seating in the living room as well as a smart TV and small sound system. This room was refurbished in 2021 and enjoys the benefit of an efficient central heating system and electric log-effect fire.

The dining area was also recently re-furnished and is just off the living room. There is a well equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with in-bath shower as well as a separate additional cloakroom.  The two bedrooms along the hallway have windows at either end, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two singles can be pushed together to make a super king... Both bedrooms have armchairs plus lots of storage space.

This cottage is extremely light and spacious as well as having a large private dog-proof garden. From the garden, there is access to Long Wood as well as the orchard and eight acre meadow. Entry to the cottage is via the sun deck, with its comfortable seating area and spectacular views.  Guests can enjoy a variety of birds and wildlife, spring flowers and amazing dark skies.

Fibre broadband is available with free wifi. The cottage is cleaned to the highest standards between guests. Well behaved dogs are welcome to share this unique property.

Directions will be sent upon booking. Longwood Cottage is 1.3 miles from the B4224 which links Hereford with Ross on Wye and Newent/Gloucester. We are located less than 15 minutes easy drive from the end of the M.50 motorway which links with the M.5.
