Lyne Down Cider Barn

Lyne Down is a small cider farm in Much Marcle, set amongst traditional orchards and beautiful Herefordshire countryside.

At the heart of Lyne Down is our relaxed Cider Barn, where you can enjoy our own cider and apple juice alongside local beers, wine, coffee and seasonal food. Throughout the year we host selected food evenings, live music and seasonal events, from wood-fired pizza nights to celebrations of the apple harvest.

Our cider is made here in small batches using fruit from our unsprayed orchards, picked and pressed by hand. Visitors can discover more about the orchard, enjoy cider tastings and simply spend time taking in the countryside and far-reaching views towards May Hill.

For those who want to stay a little longer, our cosy shepherd’s hut offers a peaceful countryside escape for two, with the orchard, meadow and Cider Barn close by.

Lyne Down is an informal, welcoming place to eat, drink, stay and enjoy a slower side of rural Herefordshire.
