The spacious property boasts a large dining room with kitchenette, including a DeLonghi Bean to Cup coffee machine, separate fully equipped kitchen, a Lounge with Smart TV and separate state-of-the-art Cinema Room with surround sound, tiered seating, access to Netflix and Sky (Sky, Sky Cinema and Sky Sports). We have also installed a fully equipped bar area in the dining room (wine cooler, beer fridge, glasses, cocktail accessories/recipes & ice bucket).

The games room provides table football, a pool table, table tennis and outdoor games. The hot tub on the patio overlooks stunning views alongside the pizza oven (available all year round), gas BBQ (available May to October inclusive) and ample seating for all.

There are two tesla and one EV fast charging points on site. The property is accessible rated - M1, M2, V1, H1 and H2.
