Ritty Retreats

Ritty Farm provides an idyllic setting for a retreat.  Guests are welcome to explore 25 acres of livestock free land.  Ancient oak woodland and wildflower meadows roll down to the enchanting Escley brook where you can take out the boat, paddle or enjoy a wild swim.

Lie on a rug in the meadow, laze in a hammock listening to the waterfall or rewild in the woods, there are many ways to experience the therapeutic benefits of nature here.

Both cabins have been lovingly crafted by ourselves and friends.  They have covered verandas, fully equipped kitchens, wood burners, underfloor heated bathrooms, firepits, central heating and plenty of private garden space to enjoy.

Cobnut Cabin has the views, a hot tub and luxuriously large bathroom while Kingfisher Cabin sits beside the Escley Brook, a completely secluded immersion in nature.

There's fantastic walking from your doorstep or travel 10 minutes to the spectacular Cats Back and surrounding Black Mountains.  The river Wye is 25 minutes drive and great for swimming, canoeing or paddle boarding.

It's an easy amble to the quaint local pub, a 15min drive to a Michelin guide pub or 25min to the charming Hay-On-Wye.  Alternatively, if you'd rather stay in your cabin, you can order our homecooked meals, hampers and farm produce.  Massages and yoga sessions are available in the woodland yurt (seasonal).
