Craft Cider Week, 13 to 20 Sept
Sample superlative cider in the spiritual home of the apple by visiting our artisan producers for tours, tastings and orchard strolls.
Craft Cider Week is a chance to experience our orchards at their finest, learn our cider secrets and sample last year’s vintages in the very places they were grown and pressed.

The feast of Saint Michael the Archangel celebrated the end of the gruelling main harvest period on 29 September. Step into the Great Hall and immerse yourself in a medieval harvest supper display. Malvern Autumn Show
26 September - 28 September 2025
The UK’s largest harvest festival, and a highlight of the season. Offering up an apple cart load of harvest fun, from the famous CANNA UK Giant Vegetables Championship to the RHS Flower Show, visitors will be treated to a celebration of the autumn.

Hampton Gardens Autumn Tour
21 September 2025
Join Hampton Gardens Head Gardener, John Wood, for an Autumn Garden Tour of the Victoria Walled Kitchen Garden, featuring 26 heirloom varieties of apples and pears. Learn growing techniques including selection, pruning and training espalier. Bring your burning questions about autumn gardening and harvest!

Big Apple Harvestime
11 - 12 October 2025
Enjoy this special collection of rural events, enabling you to share with us in our tradition of apple growing and cidermaking in the Herefordshire parishes of the Marcle Ridge. Eight different venues to be explored - come for an afternoon, a day or the whole weekend. Many venues are within walking distance of each other, with a tractor and trailer service providing extra support.

Hergest Croft Gardens Autumn Plant Fair
12 October 2025
This annual Herefordshire fair marks the end of the county's horticultural season. The event features over 55 exhibitors selling rare plants and shrubs, garden accessories, and handmade crafts. Enjoy a wide selection of artisan foods and drinks while exploring the 70-acre gardens and their beautiful autumn colours.
