Through music, movement, and education, MIM helps you uncover your innate rhythm and supports you to connect to the present moment and release stress. We immerse you in a variety of electronic music genres, emphasising percussion, BPM (beats per minute) and innovative song structures. From House and Garage, to Afrobeats and Drum & Bass, our focus is on the drum. You’ll be taken on a diverse musical journey. Using science-backed education, we apply music and rhythm to the body, providing effective stress relief and practical tools for life, applicable anytime, anywhere.
