The Bungalow, Sussex Acres, Lower Lye

The Bungalow enjoys stunning views over open countryside and forested slopes. There is immediate access to miles of scenic walks through lanes, forests and riverside paths with the well-known Mortimer Trail being less than a mile away.

The accommodation has a large sitting room with open fireplace and comfortable furniture. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has  2' 6" twin beds which can be pushed together if needed. There is also a 4' 2" bed settee available in the sitting room.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Bed linen, towels, central heating, water and electricity are included in the rental price.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge but must be kept under control at all times to avoid danger to livestock.

The nearest Post Offices and shops are located in the local villages of Shobdon and Kingsland (both approx 5 miles away.) There is also a shop in Wigmore village (4 miles away.)
