Frome Valley Vineyard

Come and visit our vineyards, set amongst the orchards and hopyards of Herefordshire. Our grapes make award winning wines and fizz (champagne method) and we'd love to share them with you. We are based in the beautiful, traditional 16th and 17th century farm buildings of Paunton. Bring your friends and relations for a beautiful afternoon out in rural Herefordshire.

Caring For The Planet

We have always been very conscious of our environmental footprint and do our utmost limit our impact. In the vineyard, as tantalised wooden posts rot away we replace with much longer lasting metal posts; we use cardboard wire clips where possible; we mulch with organic material as much as we can. We are eliminating the use of plastic; we have very strict control of our spraying and keep it as close to organic standards as possible. We generate electricity with photovoltaics and our heating is by biomass boiler.

The National Trust's small, moated manor house on the Brockhampton Estate, just outside Bromyard, is a jewel, with plenty of walks.
