Granary Cottage compiles of 2 bedrooms plus additional sitting room/landing with sofa bed upstairs. Ample living room with 3 comfy sofas around a stone fireplace with log-burning stove – unlimited logs supplied. Separate eat-in kitchen, very well equipped. Family bathroom, with separate shower cubicle, and downstairs cloakroom. There are glimpses of surroundings hills from the master bedroom upstairs. The second bedroom, downstairs, looks out onto the garden and can be made up with 2 single beds, or one kingsize. The secluded and enclosed garden is a real little sun-trap, with patio, table and chairs, and additional sun loungers.  Charcoal barbecue available.  Secure shed for bicycle storage. Off road parking. The Pandy Inn, which serves excellent food, is a 2 minute walk from the Cottage.

Country walks bound in every direction. The cottage is well suited as a base for all outdoor pursuits, and is within 6 miles of Hay-on-Wye.
