Our stretch of the Wye is ideal for both the novice and family or anyone who wants to experience this beautiful, quiet stretch of countryside.

You can hire a canoe for any period from 2 hours to 5 days, so you paddle away at your own pace.

We have a suggested set of recommended routes, but also happy to advise and recommend suitable trips and stopping places along the way where you can be fed and watered.

Hours

We're open 7 days a week from March until October (river conditions permitting)

We will also try to get folk on the water in the low season as and when it is safe and appropriate to do so, so give us a call.

For 2021 all trips meet at our base at Tresseck Campsite where you can leave your car and we will transport you to/from your start and end points.

Tresseck campsite is situated in the centre of Hoarwithy village, located midway between the market town of Ross-on-Wye, 6 miles to the south, and the city of Hereford, 8 miles to the north.

The entrance to the site is just next to The New Harp Inn, the postcode of which is HR2 6QH
