The Hyde

The Hyde is a grade II* listed medieval hall house that has won awards for its restoration and is now a very spacious, comfortable, and stylishly decorated home with a real sense of history. The house and adjacent cottage sleep up to twenty across ten bedrooms. It benefits from a wonderful reception space downstairs including a huge, L-shaped sitting room with open fire, a spacious dining room ideal for group and family eating, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. It has a separate TV room with lots of games (both inside and out) and a variety of books and DVDs. The house is located at the end of a mile-long private drive so there is no passing traffic and is surrounded by a large, sheltered garden, which includes a tennis court, hot tub, mini-maze, and a private narrow gauge railway.
