The Kilpeck Inn

Located in the historic village of Kilpeck in the heart of the beautiful south Herefordshire countryside, the Kilpeck Inn offers the best local and seasonal food, real ales and fine wines in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Kilpeck is famous for its beautiful Romanesque church which is just a few minutes’ walk from the Inn. The Inn itself has held a central role in village life for over 250 years and after an extensive refurbishment project re-opened in 2010 as a perfect example of a contemporary country inn.  Under the management of award-winning head chef Ross Williams and his team, the Inn offers a regularly changing menu of contemporary British food, championing the abundance of local and seasonal produce that Herefordshire has to offer. The Inn is recommended by, amongst others, the Michelin Guide, and was named as ‘best for food’ in the Daily Telegraph’s list of ’30 Best Winter Pubs’.

In keeping with the Inn’s comfortable and relaxed style, dogs are welcome in the bar, as are muddy boots – the Inn lies on the route of the Herefordshire Trail and is only a short drive from the walkers’ paradise of the Black Mountains and Offa’s Dyke.

The Inn also has four luxury en-suite letting rooms and was recently named by the Daily Telegraph as one of Britain’s ’10 Perfect Country Pubs with Rooms’.
