Rowlestone Farm Ice cream and Campsite

'From field to freezer in a day' sums up our ice cream making process in that freshness and provenance are foremost. The luxurious ice cream for which we've become known together with the smooth textured sorbets are displayed in the farm's ice cream parlour which doubles as a café serving coffee, tea, snacks, light lunches, and refreshments.

This is complemented with a certified campsite with electric hook-up availability, and ablutions block.

Adjacent to the campsite is a play area for younger children which is available to campers and visiting public alike.

Visitors to the farm can access the farm trail for a small fee for anyone aged 2 years and above (with those younger than 2 years entering for free). The trail passes by the play area and then through field & copse to woodland and a popular Adventure trail. From there it passes through Wildflower meadows, resplendent in late June, and then into ancient woodland arriving at a 19th-century lime Kiln. The path then loops back toward the farmstead. Along the way, spectacular views into Monmouthshire and north towards Hereford.

More recently an 18 'Hole' Disc Golf course stretching over 35 acres of woodland and pasture has been opened in 2026 with three tees for every hole providing fun , entertainment and exercise (along with fabulous views towards the Black Mountains) for novices and enthusiasts alike. The ten hole short course take circa 1.5 hours, whereas the 18 takes 2.5/3 hours.
