Blossom Day

Blossom Day

  • 9th May
Ross-on-Wye

About This Event

Arrive at The Yew Tree and choose your route (2.5km or 5km) by following our map and green and red waymarkers around Broome Farm. Learn all about orcharding and cider and perry making with our information boards and our accompanying audio story.

This is a lovely family day out, with a chance to see orchards in bloom during springtime. Children are very welcome, and will be able to go on a scavenger hunt around the orchards.

There will be a refreshment stop with Mike Johnson who will be holding a relaxed cider and perry tasting through the afternoon.

Cream teas will be also be served at Broome Farm from 12 until 3pm.

This is a free event, with donations gladly accepted and encouraged for local charity Hope Support Services.

Stop at the pub before or after your walk for drinks and food!
