Friday 14th & Saturday 15th August at 2pm Castle Green Is this the place where the story of our city began? Ancient religious site, front line military garrison and royal castle to rival the beauty and power of Windsor. We do not know all of what lies beneath our feet on Castle Green but we can tell you what we do know of this area of particular prominence during the Medieval period. Join us for a 90 minute stroll as we tell the stories of this site of important and turbulent historic interest, now a peaceful green gem at the heart of Hereford city.
