Vikings at the Priory: The Viking, His Wife and The Lost Queen of Wales
- 22nd June
About This Event
At the rear of the Hereford Gospels is a document written a thousand years ago. It recounts the legal battle by a female landowner against her son to keep her land and property.
Who was she? Was she successful? What is the connection to Welsh Royalty?
This event is part of the Vikings at the Priory programme which runs from 27 May to 22 June. Visit: www.prioryarts.org.uk
