Cothill Barns Glamping

Looking across the gorgeous Golden Valley, in the unspoilt borderlands of England and Wales, our fabulous glamping site has two special places to stay - MAGGIE our carefully restored 1947 caravan, perfect for couples and THE EMPEROR, a spacious, beautifully presented 4 person tent.  The site has flushing loos and hot showers. If you can tear yourself away from the compelling views of the stunning Black Mountains, you will find a great games room on site. Maggie is a very rare 1947 Streamlite Rover, complete with wheels from a Spitfire aeroplane!  We haven't sacrificed comfort whilst carefully restoring it's quirky period charm.  Inside is a super comfy bed, two ring gas burner, sink, a retro styled blue tooth player and an ultra modern Yeti cool box.  On the decking you have a table and chairs plus a vintage double deckchair.  Outside is the barbeque and firepit - ideal for sitting around watching the sun go down over the Black Mountains. Just a few steps away are the loo and  showers. The Emperor is a light, spacious tent, where you can snuggle up in proper, beds, taking in the starry skies.  With a double and two single beds, it's cosy for two, yet spacious for four.  There is outdoor seating for barbequing and alfresco dining around the firepit. The bespoke shepherd's hut is your kitchen, with table and chairs, a double gas burner, washing up facilities and all the crockery and cutlery you need for an outdoor feast.
