Herefordshire Histories Festival - Herefordshire
About This Event
Hereford Histories Festival is a nine-day festival showcasing the familiar and lesser known histories of Herefordshire. The Festival is set up as a Community Interest Company and run by a small group of volunteers. It is financed through generous individuals, the Friends of Herefordshire Museums and Art, and Hereford Family History Society. Over 50 groups will be involved in the Festival and will be putting on exhibitions, talks, open days, workshops, re-enactments, lectures and tours across the County. Much like H.art, people are invited to drop in to what's going on when it suits them and also to visit Herefordshire Archives and Records Centre on May 10th, where many groups will be represented at a Festival History Day. The vast majority of the events are free and no booking is required. Details can be found on the Festival Website - https://herefordshirehistories.org
