Golden Valley Vintage and Country Fair
About This Event
The fair showcases a huge spread of classic vehicles—think hundreds of vintage cars, motorbikes, tractors, and stationary engines. A highlight is the John Fowler general-purpose steam engine, a beast of industrial history which is now just one of the engines on display and moving around the grounds and offers cart rides to the public. Beyond the machinery, it’s packed with country pursuits: Medieval reenactments with sword fights, tug-of-war, family dog shows and Gun dog demonstrations. You’ll also find farm animals and craft stalls selling local goods—everything from handmade bits to fresh produce. Food and drink are a big deal too, with Gwatkin’s own award winning cider flowing alongside hearty options like Welsh roast meats from Nixon Farms.
Admission / Ticket Info:
Day tickets are £10 for adults, £5 for children (5-16), and free for under-5s.
Evening Tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for children.
Camping is avaliable Fri-Sun for £20
Disabled Access:
There is disabled parking and access is available to the whole site, however in the event that the weather is wet there may be muddy areas.
