The Bar & Restaurant use local producers for their supplies wherever possible to keep their "food and drink" miles to a minimum. Our Wye Valley Beers, along with Ciders brewed within 10 miles of the Hotel are as popular as the magnificent Herefordshire sunsets which can be viewed from our terraces and decking areas.
A recent programme of refurbishment, under the supervision of an interior designer, has led to the creation of our "Country Collection" of comfortable and individually designed bedrooms.
