Monkhall Cottages

Just four miles South of Hereford, our beautiful stone barn conversion on the Duchy of Cornwall Estate is home to two of our luxury, self-catering holiday cottages: The Stables, sleeping seven and with a private outdoor hot tub, and The Granary, sleeping four. These two cottages share a large, contained garden with each cottage having a private seating area and BBQ. The garden has stunning views of Sugar Loaf Mountain and is surrounded by remarkable views of the working arable farm they are situated on. Less than a mile away, White Lodge Bungalow, sleeping eight, features multiple spacious, open plan living/dining areas as well as a private, landscaped garden with picturesque views of the Black Mountains.

If it is peace and tranquility you seek, combined with the beauty of rural Herefordshire, you will not be disappointed! The staggering location of our holiday lets creates a unique atmosphere, the idyllic and calming countryside location provides the perfect place to relax and unwind with your self-catering group or have some much needed family time- however despite feeling deep in the countryside we are less than 2 miles away from the main A49 meaning Hereford is a ten-minute drive away and Abergavenny (25 mins) and Ross-on-Wye (15 minutes) are both easily accessible if you do want to venture out an explore the local area and attractions.

Family, friends, walkers and cyclists are all welcome, as are guests for events at Dewsall Court (10-15 minute walk).
