About This Event
Our convention has slowly grown and each year we’ve improved our accessibility and inclusion. Hopefully we’ll have something for everyone from veteran gamers to newbies to families. Huge games library, friendly teachers, RPGs, giant games, events, bring & buy traders and more! Free Entry and all proceeds go to charity Herefordshire Mind. Our 10th year, in 2023 we raised nearly £4,000 raised for Mind! 400 unique guests, 600 footfall in person and online! Glowing feedback! As friendly and welcoming as we hoped! Loads of prizes to be won in our in-person and online raffle, there will be food and drink available to purchase at very reasonable prices and our board game shop!
It is important to state that we aim to make the Convention (and all of our events) as welcoming as possible to EVERYBODY regardless of age, gender, sexuality, race and disability. We aim to be a safe space for all.
Admission / Ticket Info:
Free Admission, just turn up between Friday: 16:00 to late, Saturday 10:30 to Late, Sunday: 10:30 to 18:00.
Disabled Access:
We have two disabled parking spaces, the Convention itself is accessible and we make a variety of adjustments to accommodate, however, unfortunately there is no disabled toilet at the venue, just two small standard ones.
Disabled Facilities:
There are two toilets onsite but not large enough for a wheelchair, we support the sunflower lanyard scheme and have volunteers trained in Disability Awareness, Mental Health First Aid and those who are disabled themselves.
