A memorable steak starts with careful rearing, expert butchery, and proper aging—and that’s exactly what you’ll get, thanks to our collaboration with trusted local butcher A.H. Griffiths.

Our Head Chef, Gavin Morgan, has handpicked the finest cuts to showcase on the night, cooked to your preference and served with all the trimmings. Expect a carefully curated menu, including a choice of seasonal starters and indulgent desserts to perfectly frame your main course, along with those all-important sides—because no steak is complete without the right accompaniments.

Drinks will be flowing from the bar, with a selection of wines and spirits chosen to complement the bold, rich flavours on the plate. And of course, we’ll be pouring our own chilled Newton Court Cider—crisp, refreshing, and the perfect pairing for a hearty Herefordshire feast.
