Brampton Bryan Scarecrow Sunday
- 2nd August
About This Event
Scarecrow Sunday is the annual day when tours can be booked to discover the Castle ruins, and to hear about 700 years of history, including the Civil War sieges. Close by the castle, the church will play host to a floral spectacular echoing the theme of the Scarecrow trail. Sports themed Scarecrows will lead you towards the heart of the event, where, amongst the stalls selling plants, antiques and crafts to name a few, you will find a dog show for all comers, archery, barbecue, delicious homemade cakes, and the Knighton Silver Band playing whilst you enjoy a venison burger or gooey cake
