At one long table in Green Cow Kitchens, beautifully dressed with treasures foraged from the estate, feast on five, delicious courses – all celebrating the bounty of the season on the Crumplebury home farm. Listen as Executive Chef Kevin Barron explains the provenance of each dish – organic beef, lamb and pork from the farm; game from the shoot; fruit and vegetables from the Kitchen Garden. Feast on July’s culinary heroes, from tomatoes and broad beans to mint, lobster to estate lamb and Hereford strawberries with Pimm’s.
