Rosemaund Farm Distillery, the former home of Chase Distillery is opening its doors to visitors once again as the farm is now back in Chase family hands and is producing Single Malt English Whisky.

Join us at Rosemaund Farm Distillery for a guided tour and tasting, followed by a suitably festive, fire-cooked Wild Kitchen lunch celebrating the best of Herefordshire produce. Your visit begins inside the distillery, greeted with a delicious welcome drink and canapés before discovering the still house itself - where traditional copper stills meet modern regenerative farming. You’ll see how we craft English whisky from grain grown in our own fields, matured beside the orchards that shape its character.

After the tour, settle in for lunch in the warmth of the Wild Kitchen - a space set within the heart of the farm, surrounded by orchards and meadows. Each menu is seasonal and ingredient-led, featuring produce grown, reared, or foraged within a few miles of the distillery. Expect simple, generous cooking over fire, paired with delicious whisky cocktails and a carefully selected red wine to accompany your main course.
