About This Event

Patrick Baty reveals his new book The Regimental Identity: For the first time ever, the history of the SAS well-known and unique insignia has been presented with their origins in the Western Desert, Ancient Egypt and the Varsity rowing teams. The significance of colours; the ethos of the Regiment, laid down so clearly by David Stirling; the famous Clocktower, the tartan and the stained glass window in Hereford Cathedral. Disabled Access:

This event is wheelchair accessible. The doors from the rear car parks have 3 steps, but a portable ramp can be laid upon request.

Disabled Facilities:

There are disabled toilets at the reception area. There are also blue badge car parking spaces available at the front of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.
