Hereford based, fresh pasta and grissini makers - Twigs and Dough, will be bringing their artisan italian taster menu to Pot and Page! Discover the delight of freshly made, fully plant based Italian food done right!
MENU
- Antipasti - Hillocks (artisan crackers) with fresh green pesto, beetroot pesto, v-cotta and topped with pomegranate, micro herbs and olives.
- Course one - Baked fresh linguini nests with mushrooms and parsley, sugo finished with a drizzle of truffle oil.
- Course two - Fresh butternut squash caramelle parcels dressed in a sage butter.
- Course three - Artisan blossom pasta with a slow cooked cherry tomato sugo & fresh basil.
- Dolce - Chocolate mousse with local strawberries & mini Herefordshire twig.
