Vikings at the Priory: Hands-on History ‘Revealing our Roots’

Hands-on History ‘Revealing our Roots’ is a free open day at Leominster Priory, suitable for all ages. Drop in from 10am to 4pm on May 28th and explore the exhibition to learn more about Anglo/Viking Herefordshire, Treasure, and the significance of the Herefordshire Hoard.
This event will be hosted by Hereford Museums and Galleries as part of The Herefordshire Museums and Galleries Revealing Our Roots project (funded by the Esmee Fairbairn Collections Fund).
The event is free. Refreshments will be available.

Free event open to all and suitable for all ages. Drop in Thursday 28th May 2026 from 10am to 4pm
Disabled Access:
Generally no disabled parking at the church. Please drop people off at the door to the church by driving through the gates on Church Street and exiting the church drive through the gates into The Grange. If you do need a disabled parking space please call ahead 01568 612124.
Disabled Facilities:
Disabled toilet. Hearing loop. Wheelchair ramp inside the building to move between levels. This ancient building has many different floor levels and steps which are worn or uneven in places, so please take extra care or seek assistance when moving around.
