Our lovely bed and breakfast is contained in an ancient converted barn down a tiny dead end lane in glorious countryside. Enjoy total tranquility with only the sound of birdsong in the morning and owls at night. The room features a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Old House Farm features free WiFi throughout the property.

A full English breakfast or a Continental breakfast is included.

There is also a small other room that could sleep children.


We are usually open from a May to September.

The Satnav gets confused, so from Dorstone: keep Pandy Inn on right, take the 2nd right turning signposted Common Bach. Go up the hill for 3/4 mile and take first left designated no through road. We are on the left near the end of the track, parking opposite.

The hot water in the B and B is run off solar panels and we are conscious of protecting the environment in all we do here. I have an organic vegetable patch and a pesticide free garden.
