Yoga in Nature: Mindful Moment

About This Event
Set beneath the trees, shake off the stillness of winter and gently awaken your body with mindful movement, breathwork, and presence in nature. This is a chance to take time for yourself in a beautiful setting. Each session is a moment to reconnect, ground yourself, and boost your wellbeing. Sessions are suited to all ability levels.
Please wear weather appropriate clothing whilst also ensuring it is suitable for a yoga session. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Event ticket price: £8 Booking is essential. Normal admission applies.
In the case of extreme weather conditions sessions will be cancelled for your own safety.
Disabled Access:
There are three kilometres of hard-standing, accessible paths suitable for wheel chairs and buggies. There are two car parking areas on site, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders within the Lower Brockhampton Car Park.
Disabled Facilities:
The site offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found in the top car park, and near the Granary Kiosk. Virtual Tour available.
